Visual Web Time® is a pioneering Time & Attendance Management System flexible enough to fully cover the needs of a company with 20 up to 200,000 employees or even more.
Designed with state-of-the art technology, it is the perfect solution for companies with many geographically scattered premises. A company with remote facilities can collect information through the Internet at high speed and absolute security by installing the system at its head office. Employees’ arrival and departure in remote facilities can be recorded by using the time recording terminals or the keypad to record such information directly to the system software through a browser or even via telephone or mobile phone.
The system software has been designed in order to cover even the most complex needs of modern companies, either service providers with a 5/7 days working schedule and fixed working hours or industrial units with a 24/24 hours and 7/7 days working schedule. Options such as working hours planning, day and night shift or overtime planning, etc. are completely configured and monitored with the Visual Web Time system.
The system software operates on any operating system platform. Access to the system is obtained through any browser type such as: Internet Exproler, Netscape or Mozilla. The system also supports all common databases such as: Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, Borland Interbase.
The Visual Web Time® Time & Attendance Management has been developed by the German company Primion Technology A.G., one of the most well-known and reliable European manufacturers of Access Control and Time & Attendance management systems.
